I'm confused, what price are we paying? Did folks get suspended?

Actually a couple of us must have ticked him off, he took off on Chuckles and SD also. It takes all kinds I guess.

I read the link and must comment that I have been reading this blog for about a year and find it such a wealth of information, I can't imagine it not being here. I may not post much because I prefer to read what others have said. The only times I have seen the core memebers go after someone was when some dirty old man wanted to find a few "willing" women to take sailing. Then I saw them do the right thing and put him in his place. Every other time I have seen treatment of new posters as being very respectful. At least that is what has happened to me in the past. And I want to thank you all for your vast help and the knowledge that you have freely given to me. One day in the very near future, when I am on my global voyage, I will gaze into the heavens and say a thank you for all those little bits of wisdom I found on Sailnet. Keep up the great work and stay off the beach!

You moderators are doing a very good job with a delicate balancing act. Congratulations, Sailnet is good because of your moderation.
