I had to hunt around to find out how to give rep points as well, they don't make it easy. Just click on the scales on the upper right corner of the post to add rep points.

OK, I know where this all originated from, and I know that we place you in a difficult position, but, the original poster from that thread started the thing off on the wrong foot. Shannon said something he didn't like and than the original poster went ballistic. Seems to me like we are all paying the price for one very rude guy.
