Gpsmap 76cx

I intend to order a GPSMAP 76CX from WM. It comes with US tide data. I will be buying the East Asia Blue Chart microSD chip. I'm wondering if the Tide Data for Singapore (104deg East) is embedded in the microSD or calculated in GPS ? Any idea ?

I don't have an answer for you. Just wanted to ask whether you considered purchasing the 76CSx, which includes the fluxgate compass? I have the older version of this unit (76C), and often wish it had the fluxgate compass/barometer.

Hopefully someone will have an answer for your question.
