Volvo to Yanmar

I am in the process of repowering a 79 Pearson 323 and want to go to a Yanmar 3GM30. Will the installation be simple, especially in respect to the reversing gear v-drive?

Highly doubt that Volvo and Yanmar share the same engine mounts....

I also own a Pearson 323 with a Volvo MD11C. Over the years I have seen a few 323 converted to Yanmars. I don''t no how difficult it is to do but there a few out there.
