Great checklist for going offshore...

I came across this while reading about the Transpac singlehanded race that one of my neighbors (Al Hughes) is competing in.

The link is to the checklist of required equipment AND yacht modifications required for safety to compete in the race. I think it's a really good list and includes some things that you may have not thought of before.
