Disconnect the final drive coupling to stop the shaft turning. Check for squeal then.

Boat ownership transfer has nothing to do with it. What did the warranty actually say?

I can check the noise in neutral ,run up the engine and I get no squeal. The shaft doesn't turn. So I know the noise isn't coming from the engine itself. Only when I am in drive does it squeal. As far as the warranty issue I believe it does say the warranty does not transfer. The issues I have with Marine Air is, they are supposedly a reputable company, it is a manufactures defect, and it happened before I owned the boat.

Yes, but the noise might be coming from the gearbox when in gear?
Disconnecting the final drive coupling and listening for squeal, or none, would confirm that.

Sorry to hear of all the problems you are having with the new boat, some are to be expected but it sounds like you are getting more than your share.

I agree with Rockter, revving the engine in neutral will not tell you if it is a bearing in the trans. Even disconnecting the shaft coupling might not put enough pressure on it to cause it to squeal. If it is a bearing and oil sample should show some metal in it. That might be a good next step.
