Facility for personal repairs
 

I''m looking for a place in St. Petersburg-Bradenton area or vicinity to dock/store a 40'' catamaran with 21'' beam to perform extensive repairs to the interior. Must be reasonable and allow personal work and contractors of my chosing to work there. Upon completion of refit, I will be looking for facilities that allow liveaboards and protected storage for extended periods. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
