I have two different Uniden
VHF radio models that seem to have the same problem. The S.A.M.E. weather alert function does not work correctly. Instead of alerting only on my county code alerts, it alerts for every county within range. I have confirmed with Uniden that it is programmed correctly and both radios have been "repaired" or replaced. My models are UM525 and the Voyager.
I am curious to know if any other boater has experienced this problem with their Uniden VHF Marine radio?
I am starting to believe that I am the only one who has ever used the SAME codes on a Uniden VHF radio!
