I'd like to hear back what the "professionals" comes up with. Given it is keel stepped, sounds like the only real structurally significant damage could be the mast. If the backstay tightened up before the deck stopped giving way you might get lucky and just need the deck fixed.

reading your forums about your mast jamming forward. How did it turn out? did you have it repaired? what part of the country are you in?
