A simple way to do it is to run an audio cable from the earphone jack on the SSB to the sound card input (Mic) jack on your laptop. Then you need soft ware to download NOAA weatherfaxes, and software to view the faxes.

Airmail has a weatherfax/GRIB viewer, free download: Airmail weather fax

I've used JVComm as well. -+- JVComm32 FAX SSTV RTTY SYNOP NAVTEX program -+-

Both do the job.

If you want to get fancy, install a Pactor terminal node controller and software, and you can receive text email weather forecasts. That will require a paid subscription to a service like Sailmail, or if you have a Ham license, Winlink, which is free.
