Just wanted to point out that the charger is a "switching" type so for a given output power, it will use a relitively constant input power. The spec says 80% efficiency which is in the ball park for a switching type converter.
Note that the max 11 amp input current is at the very lowest input voltage of 108 volts. As mentioned, for a given output power, the input power will be relitively constant (ie, output power/0.8).
So for the constant output power, as the input voltage goes up, the input current will go DOWN.
If you had a very much underated power cord or the marina has some "issues" with the power distribution, you might get down to 108 volts but more than likely, your closer to the 120 VAC number and the input current is more likely closer to the typical number given in the spec.
