Standing rigging tension on a 21''''7" Kingfisher

I have a Kingfisher 20+ (deck stepped)
What should I set the stays, cap shrouds and short shrouds tensions at? I''ve read in Calder''s Boatowner''s Mechanical and Electrical manual second edition pg 507 that "cap shrouds should be set at 15% of their breaking strength or 10% of the boats displacement. The backstay is tensioned to aprox. 20% of its breaking strength."

On the backstay would it then be 15% of the boats displacement?
What about the short shrouds? what should they be tensioned to?

I know how the mast and the spreaders should look when tuned and tightened properly. Anyone have any standards to go by?
