While they might be a standard fit on some boats, they are not a bespoke item, most chandlerys will sell something similar.
An alternative and more waterproof option is a deck gland, these is sort of a piece of rubber with a hole that the cable passes through, the tightness of fit keeps it sealed. Again, any chandlery should stock it.
