metho or gas

ideally what method of cooking would you prefer & why?

my 2 burner metho is great,when i use it (which isnt often),but propane gas would be a little easier to manage & cook on, but storage could be a problem,but then i think metho is slightly safer on board

are ovens essential(i like them,for cruising),or are stove top burners more than adequate?
