Does anyone know anything about this boat?

It is called a Georgian 19', built on a lightning hull by McGruer & Clark Ltd in Owen Sound, Ontario. Goes like spit, several times hull speed on a reach. I would like to modify the mast step and rudder though to make it more transportable.
