Trouble-shooting depth and speed guages

I have Data Marine Depth and Speed gauges which are inoperable. I have cleaned off the barnacles from the through hull "spinner" on the speed gauge - no help. The depth guage reads "msn 18" and is stuck there. No apparent problem with the transducer. Any trouble shooting suggestions? Thanks, Bill Kidd -- billkidd1@aol.com
