Mayflower 48 decks

Hello, We are looking at a Mayflower that the decks will need to be replaced. Does anyone have any knowledge of the process to remove and replace a deck that the fasteners are screwed from under the deck, as opposed to from the deck side.
Thanks for any help!!,
