I went through this process earlier this season, ended up with Rob at North Sails. Gave him carte blanche on the design as we wanted to completely upgrade from the original.

We are extremely pleased with the results:

They are in the process of making us a new sail cover, pedistal cover and full winter cover. He and the seamstress that is making the cover were on the boat last week, and must have taken close to 100 different measurements for the winter cover. I'll post an update once it's finished and installed.
