Kubota Z600 diesel engine help please!

Hello. I just bought a 1980 newport 30 and she's in incredible shape with the exception of a few things on the engine. More specifically, the oil dipstick housing is rusted out on the bottom and leaking oil into the drain pan and the dipstick (threaded bolt) for the transmission fluid is stripped on the housing. two questions:
1) i've looked all through my manuals, but i cant seem to find the part number for the dipstick housing to save my life. it doesnt look to difficult once I get a replacement - it just looks like it's bolted on. anything to be concerned about or ideas/thoughts on how to replace it?

2) not sure how to get the stripped bolt bolt off the housing...suggestions?
thanks!

Rockter will become famous soon enough
icl.....

Can you post the link to the manual with a comment or two, or maybe a picture? Is the wee dipstick in a separate housing tube?
