Is this where I need to be to get advice on my boat
I am the new member and just wanted to find out how this works.
I just bought a ranger-29 #27 name (Minionette) out of Dana Point Ca. and
moved it to Oceanside.
It has an atomic-4 that runs fine but my concern is how do I get to the
distributor to tune it up when the time comes, it still has a points and
condenser setup PS I will be looking at going to electronic ignition at that

I tried to crawl down into the engine compartment but I am 56 years old at
250#+ and don''t bend as easy as I used to.
Can I just remove the entire distributor from the engine and replace the
gizmos on the bench or do I have to do all the work in the hole.
