Question Simrad Autopilot problem

The belt on my Simrad WP30 broke and I need to replace it. How do I get the front wheel cover off. Do I unscrew the small screws on the back cover, or does it just pop off if you pry the front cover with a screwdriver?

Loosen the 6 pan head screws on the rear of the unit 2 1/2 turns . With clutch disengaged, the cover should come off. I don't think simrad supports these autopilots anymore. I was able to find a replacement belt on ebay.

If you will email me at captexicte at hotmail dot com, I will send you a copy of the service instructions for the wp30.
