Electric whinch installation

Hello:

I’m considering the installation of an electric winch to help raise the main on out future boat. When I examine the ceiling of the port side cabin it’s obvious that if the installation could be done, the winch motor will be exposed.

Can this be done?

Is there any way to conceal the motor?
