I'll flag it with you T, then we can get it removed and stop having dock monitor traffic offending our eyes.

Hey, since JRP doesn't want them, and CD can't use them... I'll take them. And you won't have to ship them, since you'll probably be in my neck of the woods on one of your trips... We're gonna have to do lunch next time you're in NH.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

You guys may have a problem with those shroud protectors. By the looks of the photos I think they're metric!

That'a not an issue, the metric cables have equivalences in imperial measurements...where things are measured with body parts...

10mm = 2 pubic hairs, one toe nail, a hair and half a nose.

True to his word, Alex schlepped the shroud protectors across the Atlantic ocean in his baggage, then shipped them to me. He refused any compensation, including my persistent offer to defer the shipping costs. What a gentleman!

I unrolled them and stretched them out on our quarterberth this past weekend. We can't install them yet because our winter cover is still on. But I'm looking forward to adding a little piece of Giulietta to our boat. We eagerly anticipate at least a 1/4 knot or more of additional boatspeed.

Thanks Alex!!
