Good *deep* *stainless* double sinks

Regretably I''ve found that prior to selling my last boat I should have torn out my old galley sink but I figured the new owner would complain. Anybody out there know where I might find a good quality, deep basin, stainless steel galley sink that is a double? I''m not having much luck which confuses me as I''m of the firm belief that they are the only sinks worth putting on a boat.

Cheers, Doug

Eljer makes very high quality (and also has a budget oriented line) of comercial and residential ss sinks. I used one of their deep single sinks on a boat I owned some 20 years or so back. They have a website at
http://www.eljer.com/

Good luck

Oddly. I did not see them listed on their website. There is another company that we have been using lately for SS sinks and I will check my catalogs when I get to the office.

I just replaced the small single sink in my Moody 36 with a beautiful deep double sink from Scanvik. While it was expensive ($500)I think it was well worth it. We redid the entire galley at a cost of about $6,000 but added a great deal of usable space by converting an "L" shape to a "U" shape. We removed the old ice box, making room for the larger sink, and redid the cabinets to make room for a real refrigerator which now backs into the Lazarette area behind it. I bought the Sink as a special order from West Marine. Check Scanviks catalog at any West Marine store. If you''re interested I may be able to email some pictures (if I can figure out my new digital camera)

Ta Shing Baba 35 has a great double sink and mine has a hole in it, I've been told to go thru the sales people to get another. Is there a way to go right to the manufacturer of the sink?
