Battery handle

I have a set of golf cart batteries that do not have their own handles. They have "ears" with shaped holes on top clearly designed for some sort of an externally attached handle or strap but I can't find anything fitting.

Tying flat webbing through the holes got old real fast (and it is not completely safe, if I tie a knot I can take apart - or else I lose a piece of webbing every time I move a battery)

Anyone knows of a general-purpose device that is used to lift golf cart style batteries?
