Inside radius sanding

Does anyone have any tool and/or technique recommendations for sanding the inside radius between the bottom of the boat and the keel? I have removed the bottom paint from all the flat surfaces on the bottom, keel, and rudder with a random orbital and I hate to resort to hand sanding now.

Harbin - what I have used is a piece of a noodle that kids use in a swimming pool. It's about 3-1/2" dia. and is soft enough to conform to the shape of the boat but dense enough to hold the radius you have. Wrap a sanding board sheet of sandpaper (approx. 3-1/2 X 17 ) around it and have at it. Larry.

Perfect. Great idea. I have several that I use to wrap my windsurfing sails around so they don't get flattened. I'll cut off a piece.
Thanks much.
