Custom Mattress Recommendation

Anyone have a custom mattress company in the Pacific North West they'd recommend?
I've found these guys.
I remember talking to someone at the boat show and the price was half of what these guys list.

I'm looking to have a "real" mattress made for the forward berth. I've used foam in the past, but for not much more $ I'd like to shop around for something nicer.


Any leads are appreciated.

I used these guys for my bed. The bed was great and the service was really good. The factory is in Southern California, but they do get around and will ship anywhere.

We went to our local Mattress Factor Outlet and had our mattress for the v-berth of our cruiser custom-shaped from a cardboard template we gave them. We purposely made it a one-piece construction and wanted th same traditional materials as a regular mattress, just a little different shape.

Also used these guys.. 5 yrs later and still very very happy. Also they will build in hinges etc so you can get to storage under the berth.
