This is a prime example of why NOT to use a highly adhesive marine sealant.
What has happened is your sealant bonded to the gelcoat stronger than the gelcoat did to the fiberglsss and...... RIP...!!!
Simply fill this with some 3M Premium Marine filler (vinylester) after taping the surrounding areas. When you put it back togetehr use a lower bonding marine sealant like 3M 101 or you can try butyl tape. 4200 and 5200 can both do this Sikaflex 291 may or may not 3M 101 won't.....
