Link 2000 Problem

I have two link 2000, one for my 12V system and another for the 24V. They have always worked great giving me accurate info but about 6 months ago the 12V started saying the Amps Charged was like 108 when the system was totally charged and floating and I know that very little charge was going on. Also the Hrs used function was showing a posative big number like 1000+ and it should stop at around Zero when the batteries are charged. We have cleaned the Shunt and looked at all the wires from the Link to the Shunt and no issues. I was thinking I could swap the 12V and 24V Links and see if the problem follows the Link, and that would tell me I may just have a bad Link 2000. I have talked to Xantrax tech support and they dont have any great answers.
