Cool Mate Air Condition

I have an opportunity to pick up a new Cool Mate 10 btu unit at a reasonable price as its an overstocked (or dead stock) item. We were going to order a Cruisair but this is 1/2 the price with everything (pump yadda) included. Im just unfamiliar w/brand. Are they similar in quality ? Does anyone have one that has had an issue?
