The 5.49 part that allmost failed :)
As i was checking more things today some cotter rings looked tired SO as i got into the windward sheeting car swivel 
Now the remarkable thing is that west marine had one and i was able to see the cracks under all those other parts
I am still not thrilled with how they put this part together  BUT i will have to look on Harkens sight to see whats up
