Deals on haul out & bottom paint

Hi I am on the Rhode river off the Chesapeake and my marina might not be able to pull my boat out and give it a paint. I am new to this so I just wanted to get an Idea of how much I should pay and who you think is good in the area. My boat is a 24' lapworth, I was told the the same as Gram almost went around the world in.

There have been a number of ads in Spinsheet lately and also on Craigs List.
I have seen some good deals in the Middle River area, but not sure about our area.

I live in Chesapeake Beach, but keep my boat down at Flag Harbor in St. Leonard, MD.
John charges about $10/foot plus paint. I'm not sure what he'd charge for the whole thing, pulling and painting. Its a good sail down there, but it could be worth it.

Is the Middle river up in Baltimore and Flag Harbor might be just as far from me not sure? I could check my charts but I was looking for something local. I am right next door to the West river or across the bay from Eastern bay.
