I'm not sure if you have stern seats on your boat but the PO mounted a set of WM speakers under the stern seats on mine. Seems to work well and keeps the weather off the speakers at the dock. The stereo is wired so I can use the fade control to adjust the volume above and below separately. If you end up doing a stereo upgrade along with the speakers think about a wired remote at the wheel.
