..I personally have great apprehension in recommending this product as to the poor customer service that we received or lack there of concerning a broken item that occured last winter. Seems the hook end broke off which generated numerous emails to the company for a possible replacement. We've sent pictures that show the missing/broken part. As of this date we have not received a replacement part nor acknowledgement of our emails...
