Is the Kiss wind generator and the Air breeze about the same in noise levels?

Hi,
We are looking at purchasing a wind generator.
We would like as quiet as possible as we will mount it on the stern on a pole. It will be by our cockpit (36 ft boat).
Is the Kiss wind generator and the Air breeze about the same in noise levels?
The Air breeze does have some nice technology over the Kiss it seems.
We would also like it to heat the water if the batteries are charged.
There is a boat by us that has an Air breeze and it is not that quiet. I have not seen a Kiss in action.
