The Old Girl Needs a New Paint Job
We painted her in Hawaii in 1997 with Awlgrip but now she is beginning to show signs of wear so we have decided to start checking our options. Laura thinks maybe we should get the job done in Mexico. We have heard that good quality work can be had there at a reasonable price.
Anyone here had any experience with that?
Alternatively, we know that we can get first rate work done at Port Townsend before we leave the Pacific Northwest or, as before, do the work ourselves.
Personally, the idea of supervising the job wearing a straw hat and sunglasses with an ice cold XX in hand rather appeals to me
Let's hear your opinions.
