Annual Maintenance costs

I am curious to know how much it would cost to maintain a large, diesel engine, single masted sailing boat. I am developing a hypothetical sailing program with my classmates. We would run five, thirty day trips, accomodating 15 passengers on board per trip. Have any idea as to the total annual cost? or perhaps the just an idea of what needs to be taken care of on board?
