Anyone See/Try the new Vetus "Easy Tanks"?

Vetus has come out with a new Hybrid on the soft water tank. The outer shell is inflated, and then hardened with a UV light. It is at this point rigid, and the flexible inner liner is then installed, and plumbed. Sounds like a great solution to stuffing more water storage in places.

Has anyone seen these, or installed them? They may be too new to the market yet.

Chris

it does not sound like there is a flexible inner bladder - the way the description looks, it pretty much hardens into a hard tank.

Looks like it still does not have any baffles, so the issue of "free surface" that they mention is not addressed. A 150 liter (50+ gallon) tank without baffles sounds like a problem.

Still, clever solution.

Nope, there is a inner bladder. If you go to Vetus.com, and then open and navigate their clumsy product catalog, you will see.

I would be interested in the 15 gallon size, one under each settee, so the baffles would be less of an issue. I agree with you on the larger size, though.
