Need help Reassembling Hood Seafurl 810

After my Hood Seafurl 810 seized up, I loosened the sheave cover on the bottom to take a look and it seems to rotate fine now. Only problem is, I don't where the rope stripper, which popped out when I disassembled everying, goes. It seems to move around freely. Has anyone ever put one of these together? The diagram in the instruction manual doesn't really help in this regard.

The little rope stripper fits between the two halves of the drum/sheave. If you loosen the bolt that clamps the lower section on then just lower it a little, insert the stripper in the area between the openings, raise it up again and clamp it.
