Regal CNG Stove and Oven

Hi, We just purchased a Schock 35 that has a Regal CNG stove/oven (original stock version 1980s). We are looking for a user manual and suplier for parts as we try to get it working again. Particularly now looking for gimbal, pan clamps, and/or rail for the cooktop. Does anyone have a copy of the manual and a source for parts? Did an internet search without much luck....
Thanks for any help.
