Thru Hull Hole Sizing

I'm installing a new 3/4" ID thru hull (forespar marelon). The actual hole sizing required is at least 1 1/16". Should I oversize the hole (i.e. 1 1/8 or 1 1/4) so that there's plenty of room for sealant or size it as accurately as possible. Any Thoughts?

Thanks

Drill the hole as close to the correct size as possible to give the fitting the greatest mechanical strength.
