Using Formica

Does anyone have any experience replacing formica surfaces on the inside of your sailboat. Can you use standard formica methods (like you would in your kitchen)? Can you formica over formica?
Thanks
Kevin

Using Formica

Yes,you can formica over formica. I did my entire galley over (but I pulled off all the old stuff using a heat gun). Be careful of the fumes from some types of glue, measure carefuly, dry fit first and use dowels between the glue surfaces to help with the fit.
Good luck.
