Dinghy Motor Recommendations

I'm Looking To Buy A Used Dinghy Motor. I Have A Quicksilver 300 Dinghy. What Would You Recommend? Long Shaft Vs. Short?
Are Any Models Better Than Others? I'm New At This And Would Appreciate Any Suggestions. Thank You!
