Question Groco SV 1500 seacock

My Westsail 28 cira 1978 has the original Groco SV 1500 seacocks. At least one of them needs to be referbished. From research on line I know that there is a rubber cylinder with an attached handle that can be replaced. However this design is so old I haven't found a source for the part. Groco has discontinued the manufacture of all SV series parts. I was wondering if anyone knew of a obscure warehouse that might have the rubber cylinder.
