Looking to replace the bilge board/cover

I've got a 27 Catalina and it needs the board replaced that covers the bilge in the cabin. I'm not sure what the proper term is for it. Anyhow, it's 5' long and about 7.5" wide.

I'd like to replace it with a piece of teak & holly plywood, but I can't find it locally and ordering it seems to be cost prohibitive. Is it better to try and buy it from catalina directly? Should I try and order some veneer? I just don't want to end up with a $500 board.
