Ken Germanhausen was recommended by the marina where my boat is sitting. Anyone know anything about him, fiberglass-wise?

Two observations ...

1. Is that an encapsulated keel? If so be very certain it is completely sealed with the repair.

2. When was the last time your boat was hauled? You might try scrubbing once a month with long handled scrub brush once you get the entire boat cleaned. You should also apply a new coat of antifouling once repair is made on entire hull as your current antifouling is clearly not working
