Marine Surveyor Jupiter FL?

Have to get my boat an out of water survey for insurance. Can anyone recommend a guy/gal in the Jupiter FL area?

Next, anyone know if I can get around the "out-of-water" part of this? Does every insurance company require this?

Last, Any recommendations on insurance companies? My insurance slides up every year, even with less storm activity?
