Heads up - AIS Class B just got cheaper

Hey All,

Dont know if this is a special or a permanent price change, but it appears as though West Marine has lowered the price on their AIS-1000 Class B device. Used to be $699, now its $499

West Marine: AIS-1000 Class B “Send and Receive” AIS Transponder Product Display

On top of that, you can usually finagle some discounts like 10% off by using online coupons. Also, if you use referral links, you can squeeze another 4% off (ie Fatwallet). And then there's free shipping to a store near you.

Does anyone have feedback on this AIS device?
