Ground for AC System

I am in the process of rewiring both the AC and DC circuits in my C&C 34. I have nearly finished the AC portion and noticed that the orginal wiring did not have a ground leg to anything other the outlets; no ground to engine etc.. I am wondering what is the reccomended grounding termination for both the AC and DC circuits.

Any help in greatly appreciated.
