Replacement of Fixed Portlights on a Cal 34

I've got a good 'ol 1978 Cal 34 mkIII that is in good shape, but I suspect someday soon I will need to replace the original plastic trim that holds in the fixed portlights. Outside of expensive custom work (if cost was no object, some custom stainless would be nice) does anyone have any alternatives that wouldn't look like a cobble job or be out of place with my boats lines?

Thanks for the help!

Call Mark at Mark Plastics:

He has all the tooling for Cal window farmes. He just built replacement windows for my Cal 34 Mk I and they're beautiful. And he's a great guy to work with.

We replaced the ports in our Hunter with New Found Metal portlights..

New Found Metals - Marine Hardware and Stainless Portlights

Took about an hour per port. No leaks and looked amazing...

Just another option for you...

On my Cal 29 i just removed the original double laminated glass and glass beaded the frames and had them powder coated then installed new ash tinted glass " also double laminated with the tint in between the pane's". Looks great and was quite cheep. The glass was $135 and some change..
